I'm Kathleen Eriksen, owner and founder of the Eriksen Development Company, a full-service, downtown development and creative consulting firm. I am passionate about building restoration, placemaking, downtown development and of course, marketing!

 

I love envisioning the potential that exists in our city centers and neglected public spaces. Manifesting that potential into reality is especially thrilling for me!
